Can consume around 400 IU in daily diet but you have to be careful as this can increase the blood pressure. If you are already suffering from High BP then please consult your doctor first.
- Vitamin B5 – Reverses the process of hair loss and graying. Best food sources are organ meats, whole grains, egg yolks and yeast. It is recommended to consume around 5 mg on daily basis.
- Vitamin B6 – Helps in production of melanin in our body and prevents loss of hair. Best food sources are meat products, green vegetables, yeast, eggs and cereals. Should be consumed around 1.6 mg on daily basis only. Higher doses not recommended.
- Biotin – Prevents hair loss and boosts the production of Keratin. Best food sources are milk, whole grains, rice, liver and egg yolk. Can be consumed nearly 300 mcg on daily basis.
- Niacin – This vitamin promotes the circulation of blood in our scalp region. Best food sources are Meat, yeast, chicken, fish, turkey and wheat. Recommended dosage can include 15 mg on daily basis for healthy hair.
